Infant & Toddler Programs

Our Infant & Toddler program is licensed for children ages 0-3 and operates from 7:30-5:30 Monday through Friday. We operate year-round, closing only for statutory holidays and severe weather.

Our children are grouped by age in 3 separate classes: Infants under 17 months, toddlers under 24 months, and two year olds. All of our Educators are certified in Early Childhood Education, with training in proper implementation of the English NB Curriculum Framework and Standard CPR with First Aid. Prior to employment, all Educators must submit cleared Criminal Record Checks, Social Development Checks, and background and reference checks.

Regular tuition for 2024 is $21/day for children under 2, and $18/day for two year olds, under the Canada Wide Agreement. Tuition is payable by biweekly preauthorized debit from your bank account. Tuition rates subject to change. We do not offer part time care (though you’re free to keep your child home whenever you wish). All food comes from home ready to be eaten.

A typical day at Preschool:

7:30-8:30 – most children are dropped off during this time. The children play with the toys in their classroom and interact with their Educators. Educators communicate with parents to hear about the child’s previous night or weekend.

8:30 – Bottles and snack time

9:00 – 10:45 – Outdoor time

11:00 – 11:45 – Lunch, preparing for nap

12:00 – 2:00 – Nap

2:00 – 3:00 – Outdoor time

3:00 – Bottles and snack time

3:30 – 5:00 – Sensory play, craft, play.

 

This schedule fluctuates based on the interests of the children and the weather outside. We don’t go outside when it’s colder than -15 degrees or hotter than 30 degrees.

To formally reserve a space, a deposit of $200 and a $50 registration fee is required. This guarantees your child’s space is held for them. If you decide to take your child to another center before they begin attending, the deposit & registration fee are non-refundable.
